Designing for the humans behind complex systems

I'm a Human-Centred Designer based in Sydney, Australia, with deep experience across government, enterprise and the public sector. I bring together research, co-design, prototyping and evidence-based thinking to solve problems that matter.

My work spans passport modernisation, banking, welfare services and healthcare — wherever the stakes are high and the systems are complex, that's where human-centred design has the most to offer.

Available for senior design roles, consultancy and speaking engagements across government, enterprise and the public sector.
