Designed a digital citizen flow for submitting compliant passport photos — reducing rejection rates and removing a major friction point from the application process.
Responding to Chief Executive direction, I designed and ran a 2-day workshop with key experts and stakeholders where we devised and prototyped the simplest path to a trusted passport photo capture. The prototype was updated, customer tested and presented to the CTO.
I subsequently worked within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver the product — using wireframes and user stories, and navigating stakeholder negotiation to ensure the human-centred vision was maintained through delivery.
