Service Design

I am experienced in working with senior executives, product owners and technical leads to understand how a business can deliver services which meet user desirability, business viability and technical feasibility. I work to create an agreed and proven vision, communicate that vision to stakeholders, build shared understanding to define the roadmap, and guide products through delivery.

Combining my research, facilitation, visualisation and UX skills enables an integrated approach to iterative service design. My approach is to rapidly traverse all aspects involved in delivering a service in order to test and inform the riskiest assumptions and align diverse stakeholders towards a shared understanding — enabling true agile delivery.
