Working closely with the technical and business teams within a very short timeframe to deliver the visual design and layout for an acceptable, simple and workable print and mobile certificate to allow Australians to travel internationally when vaccine proof was demanded at international borders. Initially the team was very technically focussed, so I produced a series of 8 increasingly different designs for the paper certificate to demonstrate how a better solution could be found than the literal interpretation of the international specification. The team chose the 8th option and changed their mindset on what could be delivered. Ialso supported external vendors producing both domestic and international versions of a digital certificate.
